Hi, I am thinking how it all works now. I played WoW like 7 years ago, so I have no clue about certain things. Looked up some info, but still plenty things unclear. Here are couple of question, would appreciate if you can answer some.

1) Is it risky to buy gold / token in jsp? I mean if Blizzard penalizes this for example, were there anybody banned recently? Can Blizz remove key / balance from my account?

2) Do I need to have certain datadisc on my WoW account so I can activate token?

3) Do I need to have active subscription before activating token?

4) Anything important I should keep in mind?

Yes, u can get banned if you are dumb about it, aka mentioning jsp / saleing ingame etc, or if you move too much gold out at once in a suspicious way. When that comes to classic i believe blizzard will be on their toes even more so just be cautious and dont be dumb.

I believe you just need to have the original WoW and pay monthly for classic.

3) Do I need to have active subscription before activating token?
You cannot use tokens w/o an active sub. so you will either need to ticket blizzard and ask for 3 days free and use the tokens then or pay for 1 month out of pocket.

you can use token if your subscription is inactive for sure (if you got a token on one of your chars already)
you even could "auto buy token" with inactive account if you got enough gold stock on a single char
