Being able to run it, and being able to play it and actually enjoy it are quite different.
You can probably run it. You probably won't enjoy it.

Integrated graphics never handle WoW very well in my experience.

I was running wow on $300 desktops over 10 years ago, not a whole lot has changed in graphical demand, moreso texture rendering. You can definitely run it. Probably not 30+ fps maxed out but definitely over 30 fps on mid settings. Some people must fail to realize how undemanding of a game this is graphically. I'm on a pc with 1gb integrated video, 4gb ddr3 ram, and a 1.9ghz duo core.. I'm getting over 65 fps on high settings max res...
