Literally no one knows what water/drink/food is usable in rated battle grounds outside of mage food.
Seafoam coconut water is usable in rated arenas but not rated battle grounds
And since all mana regen is nerfed by 30% as of yesterday....healers need water in RBGs now more then ever lol
Does anyone know???????
