Warmane in a private server that has a few options. You can choose what expansion you want to play
It is COMPLETELY FREE!
Just google "warmane wow server" and you'll find it top result.

TBC has x5 xp
WOTLK has 3 servers with 2 being norm xp, one being x7 xp
MOP has x7 xp.

I highly reccomend the x7 MoP server. I have really enjoyed it. It is basically a snapshot of patch 5.4.8.

I cant invest my time into a server like that its terrible, all time invested means absolutely nothing. Kinda why I never play beta.

I know what you mean. After spending years investing effort building up my retail characters from vanilla through WOTLK, Blizzard closed down those good games and my character data was transferred to a new game called Cataclysm.

In the blink of an eye, my progress was all gone. All the feelings of satisfaction I had gotten from playing my characters was retroactively removed from my memories. It was like I had never even enjoyed any of it.
