Does the rules forbid to sell/buy a race change? I don't want to be a goblin anymore...

I believe you can redeem a WoW Token for 15$ Blizzard currency that gets added to your account automatically. This would be a good alternative.

yeah I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure you can do it without and real money involved
