Wich PVE server is the best?
Can I switch between servers and keep all my characters betwwen switching realms?

Honestly..Area 52 is probably the best realm. It's a PVE realm and has a decent balance with horde/alliance.
Also for your 2nd question..no you cannot. A character is struck to 1 realm unless you pay $ to transfer it to a different one.

I did however here somewhere (pretty sure it was here) that they will no longer have pve/pvp servers next expansion. Not sure how true this is but I did here it somewhere

They are getting rid of pve/pvp realms from what I heard as well.
Not that it matters as World PvP hasn't been fun since Classic.
