What are the chances of getting banned?
How to avoid it?
Do you know anyone who banned banned for buying tokens vs fg here?

I've never done it, checked the forums and stickies but couldn't find it mentioned.

It is very unlikely you will be banned, i havent seen anyone get banned for it yet
You are basically buying gold, not tokens
Dont mention d2jsp or fg while trading, act like youre trading with your good friend or put something in return in trade window

If you say its a friend giving you gold for the token its fine (if they contact you about it, but they wont)
When i asked for a few free days to gather gold for a token, they said i could ask a friend for gold, so i would rely on that
