I have tried all suggestions which include

/cast [@Gälactus] Failure Detection Pylon
and
/cast [@player] Failure Detection Pylon

both of these work by pulling up the reticle but doesn't drop it.

I want a single click to drop it at my feet like other reticle spells. Doesn't seem to be possible. Any help will be appreciated.

it seems that this isn't possible for this device. I have tried all of the macro possibilities now. It doesn't seem to function the same as the spells in the spellbook that uses the reticle targeting.

Have you tried
/cast [@cursor]
?
Should drop it where your cursor is (at your feet, if your cursor is placed at your feet obv)

I tried that also. It doesn't work either.
