If you're questing and pulling large amounts of mobs at a time, try experimenting with Bladestorm, instead of Reckless Abandon.

One important question. Just started garisson quests. Is it still important to level garisson? Or should i skip it?

There are some nice things you can get through Garrisons, like achievements, mounts, heirlooms, pets, etc. But it's not required for Legion, no.
Think of it as being limited to the content of Warlords of Draenor only.
