You can make a ticket and ask blizz to grant you a day or so of gametime so you can purchase a token ingame

My account was inactive 10 days ago a lot going on with life when i logged on the other day to add time on the char screen it asked me if I wanted to use pay pal or in game gold I however so I had to use my pay pal

Also because it costs $12 to buy FG for a token, cheaper than $15 on battle net. Why waste money when there is easy arbitrage opportunities through jsp.
