I was wondering if anyone knows of an addon that umm, makes totem names larger, or totems larger, or something like that, so it's easier to click totem/kill it

Nope, you can't target totems with macros :(

Blizzard removed the option to tab target totems, due to totem stomping being a big issue many years ago.
I believe they also removed totems from that part of the addon API.

you need to be an orc for the 10% dps increase, then you will be able to click and kill the totems much faster
