How its work ?
I Se alot of topic with "WTS Token 1,4 k fg" etc and i dont know how its works.
Token cannot be traded and cannot be gifted, so how its work ? Its only a named "token" and in real its a game time by gifting center or what ?

If you're buyign, you pay fg, then they give you gold to buy it on their server.
If selling, vice versa

so always you need to have character on another serwer and 21 lvl to get trade ? or this 21 lvl is disbanded ?

you can trade as level 1, so no need to level anything
