Any idea where a good guide for this would be?
Also, what would good classes be for this or does it depend on personal preference?

never seen a guide for it but i'd say which ever is flav of the month at the time.

So right now, havoc/Vengeance DH, MM hunt, affi lock, Arms war, Ret pally, Holy/disc preist, Mw monk, Sub Rogue
