Hey guys,

I just started playing again (don't even have a 110 yet),

but i've seen a lot of 110 players have multiple legendaries.. and for every slot too.
this is so new.. how do you get these? can you literally wear all legendaries?

Also, in PVP / Arena, do people with legendaries just dominate..?

You start out being able to wear one legendary and later can buy the ability through class hall to be able to equipment a second. You can however collect all of your legendaries and alternate them as you get better pieces in other slots. Check icy veins for your BiS items.

Leg effects do not work in PVP as far as i know
