Can i play my character on another realm or each realm has a specific character list?

Wonder if i could change realms to buy gold as i dont see anyone offer it in my Dalarian or w.e. realm

No you can't, your character is bound to one realm

There's only a few things you can't do cross realm, including trading...

You can pay 25 dollars (per character) to transfer to another realm.

only legal way to buy gold is through wow token, which you can do on any realm

you can also buy battle pets, learn them, and then cage them on other toon/realm to sell
