There was the old myth that the class of the raid leader affects drops. I'm not saying that I believe or don't believe any of the speculation. But I've been farming rare drops recently and I am getting discouraged by my shit not dropping. Is there any other things that have been suggested as possible "loot seeds" that I could try switching up in order to change my drops? I don't care if it actually makes a difference or not, but I need to feel like I am changing things up in some way that will give me hope that things will be different in the future than what they have been. Even if it's purely psychological, I am looking for something I can try. Ideas?

I don't do jack shit except farm mounts, and raid.

I get like double loot, constant mount drops, and good titanforges all the time.

I bought one of those white "Lucky Charm" items in misc on the AH back during Vanilla. Never took it out of my bags. Got Invincible first time it dropped, Malygos, Alysrazor mount, etc. Tons of weapons always dropped. Warglaives, you name it.

What ya think about, ya bring about. Will it to happen.

How do you get warglaives when you havent played since tot?

I might not be caught up with all the acronyms the kids are using these days but .... presumably he means the Warglaives of Azzinoth from Black Temple which were added in Burning Crusade. Since Throne of Thunder was in Mists of Pandaria, items from the Burning Crusade expansion were in the game at that time.

Am I mistaken about what Anton24 meant?
