got a new 860 neck (1200 stam, 650 crit, 1250 haste) vs my old 850 neck (1100 stam, 525 haste, 1300 mastery). Just wondering if i showed keep my old or upgrade. Upgrades happen only 1-2 pieces per week for, so thats not around the corner.

Mastery is best stat for mm.

I'd recommend you to check out askmrrobot if ever in doubt.

860 neck is nowhere near as good as your 850 one

Use the 860 for pvp only.
