So basicly i'm an EU goldseller whom recently started selling gold on US forums aswell.
Now i came across a person whom required the following service.

- Gladiator boost on his character.

I'm well connected and i can set this up for him.
Ofcourse this trade does not come cheap.
Its about 30,000/55,000fg.
And most certainly does not happen over night.
This could take 15/30+/- weeks maybe even more.
It is awarded per battlegroup at the end of a season based on top ranked percentage.
Now ofcourse the buyer is allowed to loggon his account during this period, as our playing sessions won’t last a whole day, hence why he will be able to play for most of the day.
We will simply notify him when we start playing and when we end our sessions aswell.
This service service is strictly done through account-sharing.
Mainly we will confirm trade / trade details on JSP, and after payment is completed, i will contact him/her on Skype.
The user whom buys this service from me, will be required to respect my terms of use.
As example he will need to complete a process at the start, wich requires him to unlock the account for us.
When we first loggon his account, he will recieve an email from Blizzard, with a link that will require him to preform an password change.
He will be required to change his current password and immediately log out, without attempting to log back in (for whatever reason).
If he does this, the account will simply lock again.

And ofcourse my main concern :

Blizzard's their actions are outside of our controll.
It's always possible he could get disqualified, there is a small chance this could happen ofcourse.
This could happen to everyone..
Therefore i would like to kindly ask you : Am i allowed to take a down payment for this service?
As we invest alot of time, and effort in this aswell.
Am i allowed to setup a specific terms of use agreement?
Wich includes things like;
- What happens when his account gets disqualified?
- That if we are online and boosting this person, he cannot loggon his account.

I basicly want to know where i stand as a seller on this situation.

From my own experience with LOL elo boosting, if you do your job and you already informed the bostee about the posibility of blizzard taking action since it breaks their ToS, yes, you deserve payment.

Ive seen lots of those boosts online and people doing them are quite strict considering payment, they want you to pay everything upfront and dont return any if you get banned if im correct ? ( cash wise )
It should work differently on this site if you're going to do this for fg, ive seen a lot of threads where people state their terms so you should be allowed to do that as long as you state it in the thread ( DO NOT DO THIS THROUGH PMS for your own safety reasons )
IF for whatever reason the persons acc gets "disqualified" he MUST pay for what you have done so far on the account, not the full payment ( d2jsp should not be involved with blizzard rules since trading for fg ingame is illegal anyway )
Of course this service would take long time so i suggest you two stay in contact most of the time you're playing and as long as both of you follow the terms you set before service everything should be alright, also mediator is highly suggested for this trade (if he declines then he is probably going to scamm you)

First of all, thank you both for your replies.
I do however also would like to get paid before this service is started.
And how would a mediator setup trade look like?
The mediator holds the fg for the time this boost takes?

Mediators always require the buyer to send the full amount of fg to them, when the service is done they send you the fg
Of course if the service is not completed you should state what they have to pay for what youve done so far

Account sharing is illegal.
I'm not even quite sure why D2JSP even allows level services on this site if it goes directly against their ToS.
That being said, it's clearly something that is at your own risk.
I also wouldn't pay anyone upfront for this specific service until completed, sometimes they may need to get back on your toon to get more rating.
I.e med holds fg til the character earns glad title.

If d2jsp followed their tos this site wouldnt even exist
"Prohibited Commercial Uses: Exploit, in their entirety or individual components, the Battle.net Client, Battle.net or the Game(s) for any purpose not expressly authorized by Blizzard, including, without limitation (i) playing the Game(s) at commercial establishments (subject to Section 1(B)(vi)(3)); (ii) gathering in-game currency, items, or resources for sale outside of Battle.net or the Game(s); (iii) performing in-game services, like power-leveling, in exchange for payment outside of Battle.net or the Game(s); or (iv) communicating or facilitating (by text, live audio communications, or otherwise) any commercial advertisement, solicitation or offer through or within Battle.net or the Game(s)."

Selling gold isn't really that bad an offense.
Sharing accounts is though. Highly monitored.
