Rl always gets carried. It's those lfr bads who think heroic is the same as lfr.

Usually it's like this...

Guy gets full group together.
Group wipes once.
Leader doesn't have the slightest of clues as to what went wrong.
Leader then invites more people instead of simply kicking the problems.
The group wipes again.
The new people the leader invited are now the problem

guilds exist with a reason

it is a bunch of trouble at first, but then you find those exceptions to this, who you add to FL and then do regular pugs with
+ for ppl who don't have time for regular schedule, it's a way to go and with a bit of patience I haven't had problem getting curves and all that stuff within reasonable time frame

going tov hc on alts and the people are mentally ill like 90% of time
