All we know from this is that you were banned for cheating because you were reported xx amount of times & got flagged.

Yeah blizzard just randomly bans people who don't abuse exploits or bot.

If you weren't botting then perhaps you purchased an illegal level service. Aka the guy who did your level job botted.

To my knowledge Blizzard doesn't have pity for those who share accounts.

Were you at any point logged in recently?
If not then maybe your account was compromised & you can appeal...

They literally state this in the email.

I didn't bot, still got randomly suspended for the same reason
