I want to do that RAF thing just so I can get bonus exp on my actual account. what do I need to do?

Are you recruiting yourself?
If so just make a new email, then send the recruit a friend to said email & start a new account.

Obviously you'll be dual boxing with follow because the 300% xp does not work unless the two linked accounts are together.
