7.1.5 class changes aren't even done yet, what they've put on the PTR atm is apparently only a portion of the coming changes, and more changes could still happen outside of that as well

Blizzard themselves have stated that there is still more changes being worked on

they hotfixing shit even after live.. ptr doesent count..look 7.1 chaos bolt
