Have you tried deleting your World of Warcraft cache folder?

This has solved problems and errors for me in the past.

That should fix it. If all else fails a clean install should solve it as well.

Apparently the Windows 10 curse is back!

To fix this problem I had to go to my Xbox App and turn off the DVR function
