You can spec into it, either heal per sec after being out of combat for 5 sec i believe, speed boost and cool down reduction after heroic leap and defensive stance, 10% base dmg reduce

Agree. I gotta admit, holding a shield with the 2h relic for arms looks awesome, but the shield design itself looks awful with any transmog outside of the stormshield mog.
