Hello Friends. Which addon will allow me to increase the size/add CD timers on my personal DOTs/debuffs on my target? Searched for a bit and I saw XPERL could do this but seems like that no longer is supported this patch.

Is that basically the updated xperl?

Yea I believe so, doesn't seem different from XPerl at all really. I came back after a long hiatus and went straight to ZPerl and it seems the same from what I remember of XPerl.
