Do relics effect pvp? I heard they don't take effect in pvp, not sure if this is true....
also... Can you upgrade relics? Like say a relic has 4% damage increase for corruption in specific slot, can later you upgrade that corruption relic in same spot, to something higher, say 10%? (hypothetically, not exact amounts)
