So i was messing with WeakAura and for the life of me it just did not do what I wanted it to do. Does anyone have any suggestion for a cooldown tracker that isn't overly in the way and say it pops up when its getting ready to expire or something? I am still trying to see my options.

Doom CooldownPulse would probably be better for watching your cooldowns

I just don't understand how WeakAura isn't doing what you're asking. It is by far the most powerful (and the basics are user friendly) addon for cooldown tracking among other exciting uses.

Could you provide a specific of your class? What spells? That sort of thing? Maybe trying someone elses string would benefit you in this case and you could tweak it from there to your liking.
