16GB DDR4 RAM

I put it on 10 and yea say goodbay to consistently good FPS. Only way I can get maximum FPS is if I lower view scale to 3 and even then sometimes it drops to 50s (if I'm somewhere like Valhara or Suramar)

and I looked up task manager I'm only using 50-53% CPU and 33% memory
