False. I was ilvl 800 protection war , healer was sub 800 and only 2 dps were above 820 and we downed every mythic in the 2 night span before resets. Resto druid hit 110 a few hours prior. We just had a competent group and dungeon journal'd each fight. Really wasn't that hard but the fights definitely punish the slightest mistake
