All right so I got all my reps to friendly+.

As a resto shammy, should I just start doing world quest for gear or is better to just hop into reg. dungeons?

World quest first. Just the gear ones
Then do the emissary quests to finish off.
The at 810 start farming heroics so you can start healing mythics

What are the requirements to get higher ilvl stuff from world quests? When I started I think it was pretty consistently level 805 and now it is 825+

Depending on that is how I would base what I do I think. Honestly if you just do the world quests for gear there are probably only 5 up at a time so it wouldn't hurt to do them either way.

good to know. I guess I will just continue to do the world quests and que as dps for dungeons. really hope to get my 3rd relic tonight if enough world quests are available
