im pretty much a noob on wow and ive been collecting them and have maxed out mine 500/500 , what do i do with them? as all ive been doing is goign past them now not able to get any?

they are useful for some buffs, and important NPCs require them to be refreshed each day

They are like crack to people in suramar. There used for pretty much everything there. For certain npcs to unlock quests certain events. You can obtain items and stuff from people for giving them the mana. So don't be shy. Use it up it's everywhere!
