So I am returning to World of Warcraft since Pandaria Xpac, I am trying to decide between sub and Outlaw, any suggestions?

Outlaw is top of charts atk for single and multi. Then assn. Subs worse

Isn't outlaw AIDS because of variability of roll the bones though?

I believe it was fixed to be more even than holy crap rng. I'm sticking 5o assassin though because of howhat simple the rotation is plus it's decent dps
