does Artifact Power stack?

as in if im leveling as one spec and put in points in my artifact weapon ...

switch to another spec, and will i have the same amount of artifact power accumulated to put into the other artifact weapon?

It doesnt stack for the 3 weapons. This is why you have to open them and they're not an actual ''Currency''
