I am getting back into WoW and was reading up on the changes that have been made to priest, my main. I always prefer to roll healer and was wondering if Disc is still a viable healing spec? I saw that they nerfed its heals but buffed its damage. Does this mean that disc is only usable in certain comps?

Bump. Can anyone please let me know if Disc is actually a viable solo-healer anymore or is it more of an additional support that also requires a dedicated healer?

What i have seen in hc/mystic inis, disc is utter shit , pvp idk

Ah damn this is what I was afraid of I always loved disc but would prefer to go holy if being disc hurts me as a solo healer in instances

i believe priest is the worst healer in pvp/pve right now..any spec

Lol well from experience do you see good priests rolling either holy or disc a vast majority of the time?

i play holy priest

Disc is meh i find atm

Might be better in raid with other healers

Disc is apparently better in Arena but idk

I am maining a disc healer. In heroic dungeons when I had just hit the ilvl there was a struggle, but quick to overcome. Mythics my guild is running dual healers with disc as more support, which is mainly what they'll be in raid. It worked REALLY well I might add. So, from my experience disc is a good support class but as a solo healer may cause some troubles.
