Hi guys I just returned for Legion after a long break from WoW. I have decided to roll on Area52 and am levelling a Mage(main) and hunter(alt). My Mage is lvl 70 and I will use the Legion boost to get profs to max lvl. With the hunter once he is lvl 60 I will use the WoD boost. As I just rolled on Area52 I have virtually no gold and want to make some gold in Legion.
Which professions would you recommend I boost for my Mage and Hunter?

I am thinking for Mage: Herbalism/Tailoring(I was planning on going Tailoring/Enchanting but Enchanting doesnt seem to be that lucrative in Legion)
For Hunter:Skinning/Leatherworking

Do you guys have some other recommendations? What about two gathering for example Herb/Mining on my Mage?
