1. I am currently not able to play WoW but I plan on starting back in Mid September, so I know they have changed the transmog system. I wanted to play my mage for this expansion since It has all my old collectibles like Tabard of Void / Flame etc. With the change of the transmog system would I now be able to use these old previous BOE tabards on all my characters? or just that one character still.

2. I currently don't have a subscription or WoW tokens, is there a way for me to buy a token with FG and use it on my account without first paying for a 1 month subscription with USD?

You can now use your BoE Tabards on all characters I believe.

All my one collected over various toons are able to use the same ones.

You need an active subscription in place before using a token

open a ticket ask for a couple of days time so u can get gold together for a token, a gm will give it to u

If you have the 37k gold (or whatever the price is) you can log into the char select screen and there will be an option to purchase a token directly. No need for active sub or 2-3 day pass.
