If I start a new account with a code that gives me the full game and a month time can I use it on an email that got a RAF request?

Yeah I really don't see why not. Its just redeeming a code on a RaF account..
Otherwise you should be to make the account with the code and open a ticket. Blizzard will add RaF if you just say you were trying to refer a friend and they messed up the process.

I'm not asking for someone to RAF me. I'm asking if I can use my code to raf myself. I don't care if other people want to do it. Not my concern. I just want to know if I can link an account that had been given to me by an outside source.
