A fist weapon used to drop from the houndmaster boss in scarlet monastery. check the loot tables for scarlet halls, it might still be in the remake.

Only problem is I can get to Pandaria but I can't get to the vendor in the top left region of the map im too weak lol

you can get there, you'll just die a lot doing it

also check for a map of spirit healers. you might be able to die, run dead to the spirit healer close to the vendor, then res there. cutting down run time and number of deaths.
