Really from my experience when WoD came out, 90-100 rewlly didnt take that long just doing Draenor quests and objectives

set up a bunch of bonus objects + quests in gorgrond/talador/shadowmoon and use a couple of exlirs of rapid mind before completing with full boa gear

Install wod treasure map and pick up all treasures on the way to completing all the objectives/quests

took about 2 hours to prep it all, went from 90-100 in about 20 minutes after I finished everything

I am pretty sure for bonus objectives to be active you need to be a certain level. talador for example I believe requires level 94. I might be wrong, but I have tried to do as you described in the past and places that I know have objectives did not appear for me at level 92.

What I end up doing is do the intro quests to gorgrond to unlock the garrison building there. Once you do that it unlocks 3-4 additional bonus objectives. Then go around and get all of them to 1 kill prior to finishing. Pop the 300% exp elixer and go and finish them all and start heading to talador. If you time it right and have boa you should be able to finish 1-2 more bonus objectives there. Skill the wood gathering one that you run into first it just takes way to much time. There is one to gather wolves I believe and kill 1 mob. The next one is to kill some minions and disable the portals around them.

After that go to Spires of Arak and get the bonus exp items as well as whatever other treasures you run into along the way and fly to the southern tip. From there complete the quest chain to unlock the salvage yard.

After that head to Nagrand and just collect treasures until you hit 100.. you will most likely be 99 by the time you head to Nagrand or at least very close.

Quest in SMV and do some bonus objectives there, make sure you're using the 20% exp potion from your garrison.

Once you hit 92, fly to Gorgrond and open your adventure guide and accept the quest. Do quest lines there (see: Putting the Gore in Gorgrond), you'll do the Goren and Rexxar stuff until it's done. Fly around to all the bonuses in Gorgrond and fulfill the requirements minus one. (Kill 14/15 of something, etc)

Next, fly around and use Champion's Honor to loot a bunch of those "begins a quest item" (make sure you choose the ring when given the option to build something). Theres like 16-20 of them in total, probably a guide out there somewhere.

Fly to the north end of Talador and do the lumber collection objective, then queue for a dungeon. Make sure you have the 20% potion active at all times, and as you're about to kill the last boss of the dungeon, pop Elixir of the Rapid Mind. Make sure while you're waiting, you accept all the quests from those looted items earlier. You'll get the bonus exp for completing the dungeon, then quickly go and turn in all of those quests from items. The Gorgrond line plus the dungeon should put you at 93-94ish, and turning in all the items should put you around 97. Quickly fly and complete objectives, you should hit 100. If you're still 99, do the objective to tame the wolves and that should get you to 100. If not, you'll be extremely close so just run some dungeons or whatever.
