lets say i want to buy a token but i have no time on my account. how does this work?

u should have enoguth gold in a char to buy a token, or u will need 13 euros for the frist month and then keep buying tokens

if u have enought gold in a char u can just buy in the launcher

IF your account is currently inactive, you can email blizzard (Create a support ticket) and ask them to give you a couple of days of game time so you can purchase a token.
They will usually give you 2-4 days of game time so you can get on and purchase a token
