Is there still enough time to finish this quest line before Legion launches? or would I be wasting my time?

I think you have enough time to hammer away everything.

You need atleast 3-4 lockouts in hfc to get the tomes you need

Probably wasting your time, but it *might* be doable. Just going to be cutting it very close. If you're really intent on doing it, you should spend a lot of time in Tanaan grinding Apexis, which you can turn in there for a bunch of the tablet pieces.

Yea been doing that, have one tablet currently.
Im sure the raid loot in legion will be higher lvl than the ring, so if i don't get it i won't cry lol
