You can start dungeons at level 15 and raids at level 100

A raid is a bigger version of an instance dungeon, with 10-25 people instead of just 5 and it drops endgame gear :P

technically yes, but it's not relevant endgame. And good luck finding a full group for it if you're a new player :lol:
