I've never done it before. I know i'll have to send them photo of my ID but what reason should i give?

For sure you have to send them photo/scan of ID, but i don't think you have to have any specific reason to change it, you can always make something up like it was your's wife acc or smth. Best option would be just to call blizz support and simply ask if you can change personal details after sending them ID

I cant edit my first post but I realized I didn't provide enough information. Account has my real personal details but since I don't have enough time to play I want to get rid of the account. What would be possibly the best reason to give to be able to change personal details? If your idea works out I can get some fg as a reward.



I was thinking that I could tell them that I registered this account using my cousins personal details but I wasn't sure if this method would work.

As far as i know, if you put false details ( let's say you were young and didnt want to provide real name because you were afraid of stuff ) you can ask the support to change it to "real" details, but im not sure if it will work the other way. Probably they gonna ask you for ID with the new details or smth, but i might be wrong about this.
