As fair as I remember you get a "fearless" title after killing last boss? If you have a good gear you don't even need a healer. just nuke bosses.

I can solo everything but 25m heroic on my mythic geared arcane Mage. Most fights are just straight burns. But the Fearless title comes from Terrace, not HoF.
