Can warriors still dual wield 2h weapons? Will they be able to in legion?

Yes sorry thats what I meant but I was wondering if they still cn and always will be able to because I read something that seemed like they were getting rid of it?
is it called something else now instead of titan's grip?

Artifact weapons in legion for fury warrior are 2handers so ye they will be able to dual wield 2h weapons
