so I keep hearing they are getting rid of garrisons, but what are they actually meaning?
like it will be destroyed and no longer exist? or just that it will not be included in the new content to continue evolving?
currently I have about 12x 100's I do garrisons on. I most likely won't be leveling them all to 110, but will I still be able to randomly log onto them for a minute just to do garrisons and still make any gold?

I haven't been able to find the actual plan besides they won't be in legion which is pretty vague

gold gains from them will be nerfed just before legion

some speculation has been that the class order halls will take over the role of garrisons in the new world, its just gonna be a little different

assuming the nerf will be pretty drastic then.. even if it was a 50% reduction in rewards with all my characters that is still enough for a token every month

Pretty sure i read ALL gold gained through missions will be changed into something else
so its a 100% nerf

Garrison and Shipyard Missions that rewarded gold have been changed. They now reward Garrison resources instead - yes, even Blingtron's Secret Vault
Follower and Ship traits that increased gold gains now have other rewards.

garrison will be pretty much useless

true, but you will get huge amount of garrison resources and still can buy reagents from trading hut for leveling professions. Dont delete your garrison because you still make huge amount of crafting reagents. If not for sale, but for yourself. You never know if you need or wanna make some extra gold

good point. granted I am really lazy so mostly useless unless they somehow make professions fun.

Oh hey, garrisons were almost entirely sucked and where a shitshow. But the gold gain was a nice bonus that people seemed to like, lets fucking wreck that so garrisons just completely suck now...
