What is Best to easy heal

what is the healer we need in a raid

Depends,..

Arenas: Disc priest and paladin and druid
Bgs: druid and disc priest and paladin
Raids: druid paladin shammy
Dungeons: disc priest shammy paladin

By order first to last.
But it's also preference and situational, not just a matter of who's the best, they're all good.
