any healers are good, pretty easy to PvE in and not too hard to get decent at PvP

i would reccoment priests or druids but they are all decent

If your looking for DPS then i would suggest locks for PvE (dot dmg is retarded)

other than that all classes are decent however some rely on gear more than other (most melee heros, rogue warrior pala)

but its up to you man play what you enjoyed in Wotlk !

afaik tich is the most popular jsp server

or just stick with wotlk
