Why are realms so one sided? Like 20k horde to 200 alliance etc. I am new and wanting to figure out what realm would be best. Do I want to be on the higher population side or not?

depends what kind of server it is

If it's an RP server, you need to be on alliance so you can get the full goldshire experience in all its glory
