So I know there is the elixir of rapid minds, it lasts for 15 minutes... I got a drop that is something similar but it lasts 1 hour.

I'm going to try my best to get my lvl 60 blood dk as close to 100 as I can with it and I was wondering of a good way to do that... or If i should wait for a certain lvl to use it.
So if anyone knows how to properly use or has advice for the 300% elixir, please post or pm me.

wait til 70 then gear as a tank then spam dungeons, literally hit 80 in like 20mins then finish 80-85 the same way in the rest of the time

The best use is to complete bonus quests in wod.
Level until 92, then nearly complete leaving 1 mob left to kill all the bonus quests in shadowmoon and gorgond and que for 1 dungeon.
Pop the potion right before the last boss and then go finish all the bonus quests.
You will go 92-96 in like 10 minutes.
Them use the rest of the time to complete bonus quests in spires and nargrand until it runs out.
If you fly you can easily get to 100 from 92 in 1 hour with a 300% potion.
